About

Hana Noka is an Albanian-American filmmaker, animal rights activist, and author driven by a deep passion for storytelling. She holds a B.A. (Honors) in Journalism and Visual Media from Griffith College Dublin, Ireland, and recently earned a Certificate in Business and Management of Entertainment (with Distinction) from UCLA Extension in Los Angeles.

Hana’s drama short film I, WOMAN, produced by Pinkmoon Global, has received multiple festival awards, nominations, and official selections. Inspired by powerful women throughout history, she also wrote the novel BESA PO, centered on the legendary Illyrian warrior queen, Queen Teuta. The book was honored as a Winner of the 8th Edition of the Beverly Hills Book Awards (2020) in the Historical Fiction category.

Beyond narrative storytelling, Hana has produced and directed several documentaries and is currently working on a new project titled The Citizen Paw, a documentary highlighting the lives of stray dogs in Kosovo. Her creative portfolio also spans acting, modeling, and commercial appearances, reflecting her multifaceted approach to the arts.

Fluent in English, Albanian, Croatian, and Turkish, Hana is also a sports enthusiast who enjoys tennis, swimming, yoga, hiking, and biking.
